Leftover roast lamb Greek (ish) salad

Sometimes they can be more exciting than the original dish! I had some leftover roast leg of lamb in the fridge, that needed using up. I created this Greek style salad to go with it. It's not a traditional Greek salad, but it has some of the elements in it. Like feta cheese, olives, oregano and cucumber. I also made a dressing with Greek yoghurt, lemon juice and fresh dill, but you could use mint if you wanted.
