Varagu Millet/Kodo Millet - 1/2 Cup 2. Lemon Extract - 2 Spoons 3. Peanuts and Cashew nuts - as required 4. Chana dal - 1 Spoon 5. Urad dal - 1 Spoon 6. Mustard - 1/2 Spoon 7. Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Spoon 8. Green Chilli - 2 Nos. 9. Ginger chopped - 1 Spoon 10. Turmeric - 1/4 Spoon 11. Hing- as required Procedure: 1. Soak the Millet for 10-15 Minutes 2. Cook the Millet in Open boil (Strain it) or cook in pressure cooker (1:2) ratio for 10 minutes only 3. Strain the open boiled rice using strainer and dry if you feel watery 4. Now heat the oil in Pan and fry all items mentioned for seasoning, fry until raw smell goes 5. Add the Millet rice in to this pan and mix it well with spoon 6.
