INGREDIENTS Boneless Chicken – 500 grms Gram Flour – 1 ½ tbsp Green Chillies – 3 or as per taste Generous pinch of turmeric Powder ¼ tsp pepper pwdr ½ tsp Garam masala powder ¼ cup Fresh Cream 1 Egg or 2 tsp corn flour 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 3 Cheese cubes [ chopped into small bits at room temperature ] 1 tsp lemon juice ½ tsp chaat masala pwder Salt Oil For Frying METHOD Clean , wash and chop the chicken into small cubes .Don’t make big cubes else it will take long time to cook. **pat dry the chicken ,there should be no moisture . Take all ingredients except for chicken and oil in a mixie jar .and blend into fine paste . Transfer the marinade into a bowl and add the chicken to it. Mix well with hands . Cover and keep aside for minimum 1 hr or over night . More the marination better the taste and texture . Heat oil for shallow frying. Once the oil is hot lower the flame to medium low Slide in the chicken pieces . Fry the chicken for 4 to 5 mins on each side till golden . Once done remove on absorbent paper .
