After months of Charter's waste-my-time nonsense, Charter Cable (Smyrna, Georgia) Tech Supervisor "Brian" (the boss of deny-an-obvious-problem, can't-see-flutter, obstructive-and-argumentative-sour-puss "Eddie") replaced the THREE MONTHS of upper-third flutter with intermittent signal interruptions (seen in this video) and audio distortion (see other video), after leaving me a blow-off voice mail about a then-upcoming Smyrna, Georgia "system-wide maintenance" day in September 2011 that "should clear up" any problems. "Brian" has neglected to respond to my repeated voice mails about the NOW-OVER-A-MONTH-LONG signal-interruption and audio-distortion problems introduced by his "maintenance." The problems that I have with Crummy Charter Cable are ALWAYS viewable OUTSIDE OF MY APARTMENT, on a TV hooked up to the outside coax. Charter's CORRUPT Smyrna, Georgia managers and technical-supervisor BULLIES have tried on umpteen occasions, over the years, to distract attention from the OBVIOUSLY CRUMMY SIGNAL feeding my building, by claiming that the problem is inside my apartment. Charter's Customer-Disservice Manager "Carolyn," like "Brian," did not respond to any of my voice mails to her about the two new problems, telling me in our last conversation (another blow-off) that she "had to" look into crediting me for the previous 3+ months of crummy TV. "Carolyn" is FULL OF BALONEY: Well informed and the one who referred me to "Brian" after months of useless, obstructive "Eddie," she could have credited me immediately. Of course, weeks have passed, and SHE NEVER BOTHERED TO CREDIT ME FOR THE THREE MONTHS OR CALL ME BACK. How's that, for a customer-service MANAGER?
