Even with Charter-supplied digital-video boxes, the signal interruptions persist: • Via coax (analog), it is picture and audio loss, replaced by snow. • Via digital-video boxes, it is pixelation, black picture, and lost audio. The problems that I have with Crummy Charter Cable are ALWAYS viewable OUTSIDE OF MY APARTMENT, on a TV hooked up to the outside coax. Charter's CORRUPT Smyrna, Georgia managers and technical-supervisor BULLIES have tried on umpteen occasions, over the years, to distract attention from the OBVIOUSLY CRUMMY SIGNAL feeding my building, by claiming that the problem is inside my apartment.
