Delhi is witnessing cold waves and dense fog, with the minimum temperature dipping to 4 degrees Celsius, which is four notches below normal, at the Ridge weather station on Saturday, making it the coldest place in Delhi. As per the report by the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the mercury level will hover around 5 degrees Celsius today.
