Approval of the Minutes of the regular and special meeting of the Board on August 19, 2025. 2. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2025-15 authorizing the General Manager, or their designee, to prepare and file a California Environmental Quality (CEQA) Notice of Exemption for the Hallwood Irrigation Company (HIC) Water Energy and Efficiency Grant (WEEG) Flow Control Phase II Project. 3. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2025-16 authorizing the General Manager, or their designee, to prepare and file a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Notice of Exemption for the Hallwood Irrigation Company (HIC) Water and Energy Efficiency Grant (WEEG) Highway 20 Ditch Lining Project. 4. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2025-17 authorizing the General Manager, or their designee, to prepare and file a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Notice of Exemption for the Hallwood Irrigation Company (HIC) Water and Energy Efficiency Grant (WEEG) Teichert Pipeline Project. 5. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2025-18 approving a petition for temporary change. DISCUSSION ITEMS 6. Receive update on the South County Infrastructure Project and approve Board support and direction to proceed to construction contract bidding, and authorize proceeding to prepare for issuing a loan to the project based on certain terms and integrating those terms into the forthcoming final Funding Agreement. 7. Presentations from interns on projects completed during the 2025 Summer Intern Program. 8. Introduce and waive first reading of Ordinance No. 16, an ordinance of the Yuba County Water Agency Board of Directors for the delegation of certain environmental determinations under the California Environmental Quality Act.
