Consider adopting Resolution No. 2025-20 approving Flood Risk Reduction grant in the amount of $400,000 for the Reclamation District 817 Bear River Setback Levee project. 10. Consider adopting Resolution No. 2025-21 approving Flood Risk Reduction third amendment to the line of credit in the amount of $300,000 for the Marysville Levee Commission Marysville Ring Levee project. 11. Consider adopting Resolution No. 2025-22 approving Water Supply and Water Management grant in the amount of $4,006,777 and cash flow loan in the amount of $2,000,000 for the Cordua Irrigation District Main Canal Flow Control Upgrade & Instrumentation project. 12. Consider adopting Resolution No. 2025-23 approving Water Supply and Water Management grant in the amount of $623,205.30 for the Camptonville Community Service District Campbell Gulch Diversion Reconstruction project. 13.
