The activities of the Islamic State aren't constricted today to the territory of Iraq, they represent a comprehensive threat and a factor of instability. We are convinced that Europe must support every peace effort whose primary goal is to eliminate terror organisations. Secondly, we must support economic stability. Pan of Barzani, Orban and delegations leaving STORYLINE The leader of the autonomous Kurdish region in northern Iraq on Monday expressed hopes that the Islamic State group will be dealt a "final blow" in the near future. President of the Kurdish Regional Government of Iraq, Massoud Barzani, made the comments after meeting with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in Budapest. Orban said that Europe needs to stabilise the Iraqi region in order to be stable itself.
