SOUNDBITE (Hungarian) Viktor Orban, Hungarian Prime Minister: "We are convinced that to manage the increasing immigration pressure appearing in Europe, we have to stabilise the situation in the Middle East and North Africa. The activities of the Islamic State aren't constricted today to the territory of Iraq, they represent a comprehensive threat and a factor of instability. We are convinced that Europe must support every peace effort whose primary goal is to eliminate terror organisations. Secondly, we must support economic stability. We need a stable Iraq and a stable Kurdistan. Without a stable Kurdish region and a stable Iraqi region, it is not possible to create stability in Europe." 6. Various of media 7. Wide of the Kurdish delegation 8. SOUNDBITE (Arabic) Massoud Barzani, President of the Kurdish Regional Government of Iraq: "Dear Prime Minister, as you surely know, our nation was the target of a very large attack by the most brutal terrorist group of the region. But thank God, thanks to our resistance and the Peshmerga fighters, as well as with the assistance of our friends in the coalition forces, we managed to break the spine of the Islamic State terror organisation. While the Islamic State suffered a great defeat, it is too early to say that the danger is over. We hope that in the very near future we'll be able to finish our military operation so we can strike a final blow on this terrorist group." 9. Journalists and photographers 10. Wide of the Hungarian delegation 11. SOUNDBITE (Hungarian) Viktor Orban, Hungarian Prime Minister: "The document of the European Commission, does not deal merely with the issue of illegal immigration, but it contains the general strategy of the European Union on all the details related to immigration. It draws a full picture. This is the document I will present to the Hungarian Parliament and I propose to the Hungarian parliament and to Hungarian public opinion that we should debate which points of the document we agree with and which points are contrary to Hungary's interests. We stand before an exciting and pleasant debate. I'd like this debate to take place before the Prime Ministers hold the next EU summit in June, where national interest must be represented. I'd like to attend this summit with the clear authorisation of the Hungarian parliament." 12. Cutaway of media 13. Barzani and Orban shaking hands 14. Cutaway of photographers 15.
