5 Tips to Maintain Sanity During the Pandemic

After years of battling depression, anxiety disorder, and other mental illnesses, I entered this quarantine with caution to make sure I didn't fall into the trap of a mental break! These are some tips that I have utilized that have helped me stay mentally stable. I am not perfect and every day has not been super incredible, but I can truly say I am nowhere near the point of losing my mind. I hope these tips can help others during this time! God gave me the core of Two Plus Two in a spoken word piece in the summer of 2017 which later developed into a song. People too often make Jesus this complicated entity, but He led me to keep it all super simple. The idea of Two Plus Two is a representation of the crucifixion of Jesus: He had 2 holes in His hands and 2 holes in His feet; therefore, 2+2= God’s love for us -- For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16) In other words, 2+2=4 -- keep it simple. My goal was originally to create clothing that is cute but meaningful. The vision now is that and so much more.
