Worship for December 7: “Prophetic Peace”

On this Second Sunday of Advent we’ll hear from prophets John the Baptist and Malachi about the ways that make for peace. We’ll also hear about peace as propaganda and wrestle with the reality that disruption is sometimes necessary for the peace of God’s Realm to come. We’ll celebrate communion and enjoy special music this Sunday from guest soloist Martin Bell, our choir, directed by Jeffrey Frederich Paul, and our pianist, Tim K. Murphy. Rev.
