Thai Chicken Satay tastes quite different to the Chinese version a lot of us are used to having in the restaurants; it has a spicy more aromatic twist, with the sauce being a lot punchier. I make this every few weeks as this is a hit with my boys. It's also enjoyable and perfect to get the kids involved! Don't forget, it doesn't matter too much if some ingredients are missing as the end result will still be close.
