You may not duck, run, walk, jump, air dodge, shield, roll, spot dodge, taunt, glide attack, or any other form of movement, attack, or defense. If you inch forward before using Mach Drill or duck before using Dimensional Cape for a split second, it's fine. You may control each special move as normal, and attack out of Dimensional Cape.
