SSF2 Mods: Mute City stage release! + A little surprise uwu

This stage was harder to make for me due to some problems, but finally I managed to resolve them, also thx to Richárd Mohos again for his help    / @richardmohos2251   . Now hope you guys enjoy this Mute City stage from F-Zero i made!
