Complete max rounds in 12 minutes of; 8 Overhead lunges over 4 matts (back knee kiss and full hip extension between reps, plate to remain overhead throughout the 8 reps or athlete must start the round again!, girls use 10kg, guys use 15kg) -- EVERY ROUND IS 8 REPS 2 DB ground to overheads (full extension overhead), this is NOT 2 reps per arm but 2 reps in total, alternate as little or as much as you like, girls use 12.5kg DB, guys use 20kg DB --- INCREASE REPS BY 2 EACH ROUND (2, then 4, then 6 etc) 2 Burpees, chest on ground to an airbourne full overhead arm extension (no clap!), --- INCREASE REPS BY 2 EACH ROUND
