Even if you haven't had kids and you suffer with weak pf or prolapse this is such a great place to start 🦋 You are never to young to get this and you are never too old to change your situation... Us women need to love and attention to our complex bodies. Learn about your body..... Modify where you need to during your exercise, this is where your progression will grow. You can be stronger that's the least you deserve 💕 So we have 6 exercises and all you need is a couple of cushions.. Make the incline high but comfy high. This will feel so good 💕 even just laying in this position at the end of the day will do your prolapse wonders. Take a minute on each exercise. Take your time and control with lifting pelvic floor using your exhale. If the single leg movements feel too much make it smaller or skip this one for now until you are ready. Please make sure you have the all clear to exercise. This should not cause any painful discomfort.
