Makhana Paneer - Onion (Chopped) - 1 Tomato (Chopped) - 1 Paneer - 150 gm Garlic pods - 10 to 12 pods Ginger - 1 inch Green chilli - 3 Fox nut (Makhana) - 1 cup Oil - 2 tbsp Cumin seed -1 tsp Cinnemon stick - 1 Bay leaf - 1 Salt - 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Garam masala - 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch -- 1 tsp Kasuri methi - 1 tsp Coriander leaves - as req. 2. Dry Cauliflower potato veg - Cauliflower (Chopped)- 1 bowl Tomato (Chopped) - 1 Coriander leaves - 1 small bowl Oil - 2 tbsp Cumin seed - 1 tsp Red chilli - 2 Bay leaves - 1 Cloves - 2 Salt - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Garam masala - 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch - 1 tsp Coriander leaves - as req. 3. Rice Fare - Soaked Rice - 1 Cup Soaked Gram (chana) daal - 1/2 cup Green chilli - 3 Garlic pods - 10 Water - as req. Salt - 1 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Wheat flour - 1/2 cup 4. Dahi Vada - Urad daal (soaked) - 1 cup oil - for frying vada Boiling vada - 1 glass of water AddSalt - 1/2 tsp Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp For plating Dahi Vada - Soaked Vada - 2 Sweet curd - 3 tbsp Green chutney - 1 tsp Sprinkle some roasted cumin seed powder, Salt & Red chilli 5. Dry fruits kheer - Broken cashew nut - 2 tbsp Pista - 1 tbsp Almonds - 2 tbsp Fox nut (Makhana) - 1 small cup Ghee - 1 tsp Milk - 500lt. Sugar - 2 tbsp 6. Urad daal kachori - Urad daal (Soaked) - 1/2 cup oil - 1 tbsp Cumin seed - 1 tsp Asafoetida - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tbsp Coriander leaves - as req.
