Creamy Baked Potato Soup Servings - 4 INGREDIENTS Water - 1 litre Potatoes - 500 g Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Oil - 2 tablespoons Salt - 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon Milk - 250 milliliters Butter - 30 grams Garlic - 1 tablespoon Spring onions - 50 grams All purpose flour - 50 grams Milk - 800 milliliters Soy cream - 40 grams Salt - 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon Cheddar cheese - 50 grams Green spring onions - 1 tablespoon Green spring onions - for garnishing PREPARATION 1. In a heavy skillet, add 1 litre water and bring it to a boil. 2. Add 500 grams potatoes, 1/2 teaspoon salt and cook for 5 minutes. 3. Remove it from heat and strain it. 4. In a bowl, add boiled potatoes, 2 tablespoons oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mxi it well. 5. place it on a baking tray and spread it evenly. 6. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.
