The Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said it is 'vitally important' that children return to school in England from next week. Parents have been warned if they fail to send them back, they could face fines. But as preparations continue in England, a school in Dundee was forced to close after 21 staff tested positive for coronavirus. It comes as the Scottish Government considers making students in secondary school wear face coverings - in line with World Health Organisation advice.
