New evidence raises questions about convicted rapist

DNA evidence shows the 12-year-old convicted of raping a woman in a park years ago, could not have been the perpetrator, according to a court document obtained by News Channel 8. Tavaris Knight, now 26, was convicted of the crime in 2001 and sentenced to 15 years in prison. He is now scheduled to be released in mid-November.
