Fire crews tackle huge inferno at derelict Scots hotel through the night

Fire crews continue to battle fierce flames which ripped through a derelict Scots hotel more than 12 hours ago. The road outside the Lundin Links Hotel in Leven, Fife, remains closed after emergency services were first called to the scene at around 8.30pm on Thursday evening. Shocking video footage shows the fire tearing through the roof of the iconic listed building, which has been closed since 2014, with thick black smoke billowing into the night sky while the orange flames could be seen from miles away.
