The bigger question is whether this juror's obnoxious outburst has now tainted the entire jury room. It's important to remember that every juror is entitled to his or her own opinions. However, there are certain comments that need to be addressed head on. This is one of them. I know immediately that there is no way I'm ever going to convince this particular potential juror that they are wrong. So I'm not even going to try. Instead, I'm going to do something much better.
