Torn ACL Pre-Surgery Recovery

Hey Guys! I'm Nicole and I am a junior at Fremont High School in Sunnyvale, California. I am a wrestler and tore my ACL, MCL, and lateral meniscus at practice and have decided to get surgery to repair my ACL, rehab it really well after that, and eventually get back to wrestling my senior year. I am recording these videos so you all can see my progress and so anyone who also has a knee injury can see what the recovery process is like. Thank you for watching!
