Today’s TOTAL BODY workout consist of 15 exercises, performed as one big circuit, x2 through, and the timer is set for 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest with a 60 second water break between the rounds. Ending this workout with a 100 REP CORE FINISHER! We’ll start with a 3 minute warmup & end with a nice long cool down! All you will need for this workout is a set of dumbbells & a mat or soft surface! For your reference, I’m using a set of 15, 20, and one 25lbs dumbbell. Here’s the workout: 3 minute warm up.. EXERCISES: 1. Alt. uneven high squat alt. hammer curl 2. Squat, press 3. Snatch, overhead hold, reverse lunge L 4. Snatch, overhead hold, reverse lunge R 5. RDL, upright row 6. B stance rdl, ground to sky L 7. B stance rdl, ground to sky R 8. Inch word, push up, curl, press 9. Renegade row, sprawl, deadlift 10. Hip bridge, chest press 11. Single leg bridge hold, lat pullover, crunch L 12. Single leg bridge hold, lat pullover, crunch R 13. Transporter, sprawl, squat hold 14. Alt lateral lunge, waiter curl 15.
