Welcome to DAY 46 of ACTIVE 1.0! This STRIKING SHOULDERS WORKOUT is one that will help you achieve those boulder shoulders!! Hitting the shoulders at every angle! 5 Min WARM-UP | Active 1.0 -Aryana Active • 5 Min WARM-UP | Active 1.0 -Aryana Ac... This workout will consist of 10 exercises and we’ll complete them as one big circuit, x3. The timer is set for 40 seconds of work, followed by 20 seconds of rest. Once we’ve completed our 3 rounds, we will move straight into the 100 REP BURNOUT! The burnout will consist of 100 bear to down dogs! Wrapping up day 46 with a MUCH needed cool down! All you will need for this workout is 2 heavier dumbbells, 2 medium dumbbells, 2 lighter dumbbells, a bench or chair, & a mat or a soft surface. For your reference, I’m using a set of 15lbs, a set of 8lbs, and one 5lbs dumbbell. By the end of this sweat sesh, my shoulders were fatigued and maxed out! The burnout was the cherry on top and I was SO sore the next day! This workout was challenging but empowering & I felt strong + satisfied & ALIVE after!
