7. Someone Saved My Life Tonight (Elton John - Live in Bloomington 8/22/1986)

Hello all you EJ fans, I have yet another awesome 1986 concert to upload! This time it is live at the Met Center at Bloomington, Minnesota on August 22, 1986! I got it thanks to Gregsynthwizard, and uploading it again because it was taken down when Adam (Formulaonemad) took down his account. The quality of the recording is pretty good and it is mostly complete, though there are cuts at the beginning and end of certain songs. At this concert, Elton's voice is in good shape, and he has no problem hitting the high notes on "Tonight" and does a great conservative version of "One Horse Town". He even does good versions of "Nikita", "I'm Still Standing" (without angry bird phrasing!), "This Town", and almost every other song. Elton even plays acoustic guitar on "Love Song"! Saturday Night's Alright For Fighting has an even faster tempo than some other 1986 concerts. Unfortunately, after Bloomington, Elton's voice would start to sound rough in later concerts, especially Montreal, and he would get pneumonia at Saratoga. This is still one of the best 1986 US concerts though, and I recommend it for any EJ concert fan! Elton John FTW!
