This episode began with a crazy wind storm on the water in Key West that came up out of nowhere. Corey was gone, and Jess and the girls had quite a time getting the awning back in and all of our chairs and stuff that blew away! We ended up pulling in the slide as well, as the slide topper was getting whipped badly. Some of our neighbors didn’t fair as well as we did and had some scratches down their RV’s from their chairs getting blown away and had broken awnings. Our friends, Ron and Joy, recommended that we go check out The Spice and Tea Exchange in downtown Key West. Corey was so glad they did as he was able to get some vinegar powder that he had been looking for to use in his rubs for our Green Mountain Grill. We said goodbye to one of our favorite sites at Sigsbee Campground, and headed back up the Keys to the Everglades Outpost in Homestead. We found a grest stop before Bahia Honda to check out the incredible water and views! Stay tuned for the next episode as we are back at the Everglades Outpost and start heading north!
