Yet Another Pack 9 Update

In this video, I have made a few minor changes to my previous Trainz Whistle and Horn pack. Side Note: I didn’t include it in this video, but I also updated all of MILW 261’s whistles, even in all the other packs I made previously, even the Lackawanna whistle I recently included in Pack 9. Extra Side note: I didn't include Engine 25's whistle from Hey Arnold, with the harmonica playing in the background since it doesn't sound realistic to be a real train whistle. Anyway, I'm moving onto Pack 10. And of course, all the audio that I used for Trainz (and still use) belong to their respective owners.
