From collecting sap to boiling it down, every step takes time, patience, and a whole lot of work — and it’s definitely harder than it looks. While the sap was boiling, we also took advantage of the changing season and got started on pruning our fruit trees in preparation for spring. There’s always something that needs to be done out here, and the work truly never stops. This is real off-grid life — long days, nonstop work, and trusting the process.
