[Weather] Monsoon rain starting tomorrow Downpours for central regions

내일부터 전국 장맛비 중부 강한 비 Sweltering conditions once again prevail here in South Korea. Heatwave advisories are currently in place for most inland regions. Parts of the Seoul metropolitan area and Gangwon-do Province are especially hot with warnings in place. Although we do have frequent showers in the forecast for the next few days, chances are high that some regions will continue to be under heatwave alerts. Another round of monsoon rain will sweep across the nation tomorrow. The monsoonal rainfront is quite powerful and this will bring long spells of showers until Monday. Please be extra prepared beforehand as local downpours are possible. As for the amount of rainfall, northern Gyeonggi-do Province and Jeju Island will see heavy rain of up to 150 millimeters. The Seoul metropolitan area and Gangwon-do Province will see up to 100. Morning temperatures will be couple a degrees higher tomorrow. Seoul will start off at 25 degrees Celsius. Rainy spells will dominate for the daytime. Highs in Seoul will get up to 32. Gwangju 27. Daegu and Gyeongju 30 degrees. The capital region will see showers coming and going until next Wednesday.
