About the Speaker: Professor B. Ananthanarayan is professor and former chairman of the Centre for High Energy Physics, Indian Institute of Science. He has published several of research papers in elementary particles and field theory. He received his B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Madras, MS and Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Delaware, USA. He was an active blogger and now on social media on a wide range of subjects.
