Full iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation: Resting in Awareness

A full iRest® Yoga Nidra guided meditation with an emphasis on allowing our experience to prompt us to turn to that awarness in the background of all experience. Yoga Nidra is most typically practiced in a reclined fully supported posture such as in Savasana at the end of a Yoga class, but some find they like to sit for the practice. Any fully supported posture is appropriate. It is not necessary to watch the video and the meditation is perhaps best practiced with eyes closed.
