Fashion is one of the most polluting industries in the world. Nearly 100 million tonnes of clothes are produced every year - and most of them will never get recycled. But what if all those wasted clothes could be saved – and turned into something else? A small town in Italy has built its fortune on recycling used clothes – and is now leading the way in sustainable fashion. Sofia Bettiza has the story.
