I wanted to share my post workout recovery shake recipe with you! Ingredients: 1 large frozen banana (cut into slices and freeze in freezer overnight) 1 cup of ice 8 oz natural coconut water 2 oz of Unsweetened Chocolate Almond Breeze Milk 1 pack of Truvia 1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder (or 2 tsp of natural unsweetened cocoa powder for the non-protein version) Directions: Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
