Guy Hovis discusses his time on the Lawrence Welk Show from 1969 to 1982.

Guy Hovis, along with his former wife, Ralna English, was one of the featured acts on The Lawrence Welk Show. He made his debut on the Welk Show in 1969 on the annual Christmas show singing a duet with Ralna. Mr. Welk got so much mail that he knew he had something special. Guy was invited to join the Welk musical family and the husband-and-wife team of “Guy & Ralna” became an instant hit.
