Governor Kiraitu Murungi orders rehabilitation of over 500 street children in Meru county

Meru Governor Kiraitu Murungi has directed county authorities to embark on the rehabilitation of over 500 street children in the county. He says those on drugs should be taken to rehabilitation before they are absorbed into programs like the Meru youth service. The governor says vocational skills and building business development capacities will help eradicate street families in the county. He spoke at a meeting with street families and their caregivers.
