Ingredients: *Milk - 500 ml *Mango puree - 2 chopped mangoes *Crushed Almonds *Crushed Pistachios *Saffron Milk (Soak 5-6 saffron strands in warm milk) *Sugar - 20 gms Method: *Pour milk into a sauce pan and boil it until it reduces to 1/3rd on a medium low flame…it will take around 20-25 mins *Keep stirring to avoid milk from burning *Once milk is reduced, add sugar around 20gms, adjust sugar according to the sweetness of your mangoes. *Add cardamom powder, crushed almonds, crushed pistachios and mix well. Boil for few minutes and turn off the stove and cool down the mixture *Take chopped mangoes in blender and make puree. *Now add mango puree into the cooled mixture *Mix well *I am using Ice-cream moulds but if you don't have them you can cover this mixture with cling film or lid and freeze it for minimum 6-8 hours or overnight. And serve it in scoops. *If you are using Ice-cream moulds, next fill the moulds with this mixture and insert the sticks and close with a lid tightly. *Freeze it for minimum 6 hours or overnight Next day, let them sit outside for 5 mins and then remove the kulfi from the moulds gently.
