How to make Bhel (POHA BHEL / POHA CHAAT ) (Poha bhel is healthy n tastes delicious.) Ingredients:- 2tbsp oil 1tsp fennel seeds 2tbsp peanuts 1cup poha Salt to taste 1tsp turmeric powder 1/2tsp red chilli powder For Assembling:- 1small chopped onion 1 tomato chopped 2tbsp chopped capsicum 2tbsp chopped cucumber 2tbsp chopped raw mango 2tbsp boiled n chopped potato 2tbsp grated carrot Salt to taste 1tsp red chilli powder 1tsp cumin seed powder 1tsp chaat masala 1tsp lemon juice 2tbsp green chutney 2tbsp tamarind chutney Coriander leaves Sev Method:- 1)Heat oil in a pan, add fennel seeds n peanuts n saute for a min. 2)Add poha n saute for 5mins. Add salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder n mix well. 3)Take this mixture into a bowl n add all other ingredients n mix thouroughly. 4)Garnish it with coriander leaves, sev n raw peanuts n serve immediately. .
