Police investigate shooting outside Walmart in Rossville area

Baltimore County police are investigating a shooting outside the Walmart in the Rossville area. Police said a man met another person around 5:25 p.m. Sunday in the parking lot of the shopping center on Petrie Way. Police said they don't know why the victim and the other person met but said at least one shot was fired.
