A lot of recipes would call for soaking for overnight but recipe works best if you soak it 5-6 hours in my experience. 2. Rinse the sabudana 2-3 times. This is an important step before soaking sabudana. 3. Always use water about sabudana pearls submerged in water. 4. Always cook on Medium flame for better results 5.
