Hi FITBENNITY TEAM, are you ready for an extremely hardcore 30-minute full-body workout?🔥 The workout demanded a lot from me and I hope it will push you to your limits as much as it did me. As always, you don't need any equipment, the exercises are not repetitive and there are some new and challenging exercises waiting for you. The workout covers all muscle groups: Legs, arms, back, ab muscles as well as explosive training and cardiovascular training. The workout lasts a total of 30 minutes and is structured as follows: 25 min 50 / 10 sec 5 min 60 / no break So look forward to a brutal finisher challenge! 😉 I wish you lots of fun with the workout and let's rock the workout together.
