Various of Israeli security forces STORYLINE Four Palestinians and two Israelis were injured in clashes near the West Bank city of Ramallah late on Saturday. Palestinians from Ras Karkar claimed that a group of Jewish settlers had tried to attack their village but were stopped by a group of Palestinian youths. The Israeli Defence Force said in a statement that the clashes "involved mutual rock hurling" and "erupted between approximately 30 Israeli civilians and about a hundred Palestinians." The IDF said that Israeli forces arrived at the scene and stopped the clashes. A medical official from a Ramallah hospital confirmed that four Palestinians were being treated for rubber bullet injuries. The two Israelis were being moved to an Israeli hospital, according to the IDF.
