Channa Masala Gravy | Chana Chaat Recipe | HIGH Protein Kala Chana Chaat Recipe | Evening Snacks Mixed Channa Dal receipe Ingredients • Soaked black channa – 1 cup • Soaked kabuli channa – 1 cup • Moong dal – ½ cup • Green peas – ½ cup • Red chilli – 1 (chopped) • Onion – 1 (chopped) • Tomato – 1 (chopped) • Coconut – ½ cup (grated) • Mustard seeds – 1 tsp • Urad dal – 1 tsp • Roasted gram – 1 tsp • Curry leaves – few • Oil – 2–3 tsp • Salt – 1 tsp (adjust to taste) • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp • Jaggery – 1 tsp • Water – 1 cup • Coriander powder – for garnish ⸻ Preparation 1. Boil the soaked black channa, kabuli channa, moong dal, and peas until soft. Keep aside. 2. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. 3. Add curry leaves, roasted channa and urad dal. Fry until light golden. 4. Add chopped red chilli and fry briefly. 5. Add chopped onion and tomato. Cook for about 5 minutes until soft. 6. Add grated coconut and mix well. 7. Add salt, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder. Stir well. 8. Add the boiled dals and peas. 9. Add jaggery and 1 cup water. Mix and let it boil for a few minutes. 10. Garnish with coriander powder. Your tasty mixed channa daal snack ready.
