Healthy recipes ingredients dates seedless 1 cup butter or ghee 2 tbs Green Cardamom seeds powder (8to9) dry fruits of your choice 1/2 cup dry ginger 1/2 tea spoon (you can increase its quantity to 1tbs)(improves digestion & helps in weight loss) lotus nuts /seeds dried in powdered form 1/4 cup (lotus nuts contain protein,vitamin B & dietary Minerals) Sesame seeds 1/4 cup recipe: on low heat melt butter in a pan ,add cardamom seeds,ginger powder and powdered lotus nuts ,fry for 30 seconds now add rest of the ingredients mix them well. turn off flame but keep on mixing. now make round or bar shape consume at night with warm milk.
