Dark Souls 3 (PS4) Gamechive (Lord of Hollows: Full Quest Line, Ending, and Complete Sets)
"Lord of Hollows: Full Quest Line, Ending, and Complete Sets"—Quest begins by meeting Yoel of Londor near the start of Undead Settlement. Accept his service and he becomes an ally back at Fireline Shrine. After he "draws out true strength" five times, he dies. Then, Yuria of Londor takes his place, and becomes a guide through the remainder of the quest. Along the way, a player meets Anri of Astora and Horace the Hushed in the Road of Sacrifices. Anri is a key NPC and will be a female character if you're playing a male, and vice versa. (Alternate dialogue for Anri as a male is shown at video's end). They will be encountered along the game's journey, and you will be prompted to make decisions at certain key points. The decisions made will affect the outcomes for Anri and must be chosen appropriately as s/he is directly tied to the Lord of Hollows alternate game ending. 1. Meet Yoel of Londor near start of Undead Settlement. From Foot of the High Wall Bonfire, descend to the area below. He's in back, right-side. Accept his service. He travels to Firelink Shrine. Premature End #1: 1b. Decline his service and he dies. 2. Warp back to Firelink Shrine, speak with him, get Beckon gesture, buy his wares, and utilize "Draw Out True Strength". Do this 5x to gain 5 Dark Sigils (0, 2, 6, 12, 18+ hollowing). After that, he dies. Do this all before catacombs area. Premature End #2: 2b. "Draw Out True Strength" 5x before catacombs or he dies. 2c. Later in dark version of Firelink Shrine (after Untended Graves), Hollow's Ashes will be found where he stood. 3. After Yoel dies, Yuria of Londor appears. She guides you now. Speak w/her to receive Dignified bow gesture and buy her wares. 4. Task: Kill Orbeck of Vinheim. (He's found in Road of Sacrifices on upper area before Crystal Sage Boss. Accept his service, and he moves to Firelink Shrine.) Kill him now or wait until his quest line is completed. Give Yuria his ashes to receive Morion Blade. Buy Clandestine Coat from Shrine Handmaid. 5. Meet Anri and Horace at Halfway Fortress Bonfire. Horace gives Blue Sentinels Covenant. 6. At Cathedral of the Deep Bonfire (before stairs), head right, take path to top. Find Crest Shield. 7. Summon Anri and Horace to fight Deacons of the Deep Boss. 8. At Firelink Shrine, speak w/them for more dialogue. 9. Summon Londor Pale Shade (get Duel bow gesture) for Abyss Watchers Boss. 10. Anri is found in Catacombs of Carthus, along pathway before Skeleton Boulder. 11. Anri moves to right-side path beside rope bridge. 12. Cut rope bridge. Follow it down into Smouldering Lake. Find right-side path that leads into cavern where Horace resides. He's hollow and attacks. Kill him here. Premature End #3: Don't Kill Horace, but Tell Anri His Location 12b. Don't Kill Horace. Return to Anri's location in Catacombs. Answer with: You've seen Horace in Smouldering Lake. S/he'll give you the Ring of the Evil Eye. 12c. S/he travels to Smouldering Lake and is killed by Horace. Anri's Straight Sword is found on corpse. Quest line ends. 13. Anri is at Church of Yorshka Bonfire in Irithyll of the Boreal Valley. S/he gives Quiet Resolve gesture and Ring of the Evil Eye (if not previously received). Premature End #4: Kill the Pilgrim of Londor Disguised as a Statue 13b. Kill Pilgrim of Londor disguised as statue (in corner) in same room as Anri. This act prevents Lord of Hollows alternate game ending. Chameleon spell is dropped. 14. Before fog gate, summon Anri and/or Londor Pale Shade to fight Pontiff Sulyvahn Boss. 15. Warp to Firelink Shrine and talk w/Yuria of Londor about Anri becoming your spouse. 16. Warp to Anor Londo. Take spiraling staircase back down. Inside room, statue of Gwyn is gone (was illusory wall), revealing pathway. Inside, Pilgrim of Londor gives Sword of Avowal. Use this to perform Rite of Avowal on Anri, who is on platform. This makes Anri your spouse, and gives 3 Dark Sigils. If you've collected the previous 5, the total comes to 8, allowing for the Lord of Hollows alternate game ending after defeating Lord of Cinder (later). 17. Pick up Chameleon spell on dead Pilgrim of Londor. Warp back to Firelink Shrine. Speak w/Yuria again about meaning behind marriage ceremony. 18. Buy Elite Knight Set from the Shrine Handmaid. 19. Warp back to same room where Anri was, and Anri's Straight Sword is on platform. 20. In KotFF, summon Yuria and Londor Pale Shade to fight Soul of Cinder Boss. 21. After SoC is defeated, touch bonfire to "Link the First Flame" and unlock the Usurpation of Fire ending (trophy/achievement). 22. Back in Firelink Shrine, head over to where Yuria previously resided. There, you'll find the Black Set and Darkdrift. Premature End #5: Kill Anri, Yuria, or Heal the Dark Sigil If Anri or Yuria are killed, or the Dark Sigil is healed, the quest line ends. Bonus: Quest line dialogue if Anri is a male character.
