Speaker 1: Today, we're taking a look at the Sumo Springs maximum custom helper springs for the rear axle. These helper springs are designed to upgrade your vehicle's rear suspension for improved driver control and comfort. They support heavy rear loads to keep your vehicle level. They also help absorb bumps and shocks and they help minimize the amount of sway that you experience from the vehicle itself. We're looking at progressive load control which means that these springs can press according to the weight of the cargo. So for lighter loads, the springs compress easily at first for soft engagement and a less bumpy ride. For heavier loads, the springs compress by as much as 80% for maximum support. These springs do work independently from each other, side to side to compensate for off center loads and reduce body roll during sharp turns. The springs are connected to your vehicle at the top and the bottom to provide support, even when your vehicle is unloaded. They expand up to 50% of their height.They're made from a durable micro cellular urethane, works in temperatures ranging from -25 degrees fahrenheit to +200 degrees fahrenheit. It does a great job at resisting damage typically caused by oils, road salts and UV rays. Now the brackets on the unit are made from a durable steel and they have a powder coated finish to resist rust and corrosion. Also with these, you'll notice minimal lateral expansion. So these springs expand and compress vertically instead of off to the sides. So that way, they aren't easily damaged when operating in tight spaces and my favorite feature about the system is that it's completely maintenance free. You install it and forget about it. There's no tubing to run or air pressure to monitor like with air springs. It's an easy bolt on installation. Two spring and necessary hardware, brackets, all that's included. The product's made in the USA. The weight capacity at 50% compression is 4,600 pounds.
