First convoy of humanitarian aid arrives in Nagorno-Karabakh after ceasefire announced

The first convoy of humanitarian aid has arrived in Nagono-Karabakh after the recent fighting. People say they have little food, fuel or electric power. Azerbaijan has tightened its grip on the region dominated by ethnic Armenians, after a ceasefire earlier this week. Videos have emerged of Russian peacekeepers delivering aid after Azerbaijan claimed full control of the enclave. It's internationally recognised as part of Azerbaijan.
