Brussels Schools and Metro Reopen: 300 more police officers and 200 soldiers to be deployed in city

Schools and some metro stations have reopened in Brussels. That comes after the city was placed on maximum security alert following terror attacks in Paris on November 13. Belgium authorities fear a similar scenario in the Belgian capital, where several of the attackers were based.
