Llanfairpwll is located on the North Wales Coast Line (North Wales Main Line) between Bangor and Holyhead. Services stop here on request only and not all services are scheduled to stop. All Avanti West Coast services between London Euston and Holyhead pass through without stopping and only certain Transport for Wales (TfW) services stop at the station.
