Mixed by James 'Jimbo' Barton. Audio for the whole show was professionally recorded/mixed and all songs (except for "Fuel" & "Master Of Puppets) were officially released as Bonus Tracks on various later CD Singles. The two missing songs were taken from an unofficial Bootleg CD release, the rest are from the official Singles. A 4-track CD called "Live In London (Antipodean Tour Edition)" was also released to promote Metallica's 1998 tour and was given free with Metallica CD's sold in Europe. Apparently Metallica allowed MTV to film the 3 first songs, which were never aired, only 4 seconds of "Of Wolf and Man" in a '98 Special.
